Shipping
- We offer free delivery when order amount is above or equal to $200SGD. Otherwise, a delivery fee of $30SGD will be applied. Deliveries are via ground level or lift landing access only. Additional charges will be incurred for special deliveries that require more manpower (delivery over staircases or carrying the product to a height etc).
- All products under 225kg is delivered by our in-house delivery team. More than 90% of the orders will be delivered within 3 working days after completing the payment of the order.
- For products above 225kg or some special deliveries (delivery via staircases etc), delivery will be done by external delivery partners.
Returns
Goods sold are not refundable due to the weight and nature of our products.
Exchange
Exchange of products is possible on a case to case basis and will incur a restocking fee and transport fees.
